Yes. Royal Mail Tracked24 delivery is available at checkout, and all orders over £100 qualify for FREE next day delivery via Tracked24 (typically delivered within 1–2 working days).

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
How long does shipping take?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns policy?
If you would like to return an item, please contact us first. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition within 14 days of receiving and will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your original order for inspection and place a new order once the return has been approved.

No. Hans Vault jewellery is made from genuine 925 sterling silver and finished with rhodium, 18k yellow gold, or rose gold plating. Our jewellery is completely safe to wear and will not turn your skin green.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid spraying chemicals or products directly onto the piece. We recommend applying cologne, lotion, or other products before putting on your jewellery. Occasionally wiping your jewellery with a soft cloth will help maintain its shine and finish.
Can I shower or swim while wearing the jewellery?
Yes — however, to preserve the finish and maximise longevity, we recommend avoiding frequent exposure to water, chlorine, and harsh chemicals.
Can I request custom sizing or special requests?
