What is your returns policy?
A: If you would like to return an item, please contact us first. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition within 14 days of receiving and will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your original order for inspection and place a new order once the return has been approved.
